We deliver Due Mondi Regional Dinner Boxes and pantry products across New Zealand, bringing authentic Italian flavours directly to your door.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars. At checkout, please select Rural delivery if your address is classified as rural by the courier network. If an urban rate is selected for a rural address, we may contact you to arrange payment of the difference before dispatch.

Free shipping applies to eligible orders of $149 or more delivered to one New Zealand address. Separate orders cannot be combined after checkout to reach the free-shipping threshold.

Order processing

Orders placed before 12:00 pm on a business day are normally prepared the same day. Orders received after 12:00 pm, on weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Regional Dinner Boxes are generally dispatched Monday to Thursday to reduce the chance of parcels being held at a courier depot over the weekend. During busy periods, public holidays or severe weather, processing may take longer.

Estimated delivery times

• Auckland: 1–2 business days after dispatch
• North Island: 1–3 business days after dispatch
• South Island: 2–4 business days after dispatch
• Rural addresses: please allow an additional 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Courier delays caused by weather, seasonal demand or network disruptions are outside Due Mondi’s direct control.

Courier and tracking

Orders are normally sent with NZ Couriers through GoSweetSpot. NZ Post may be used for some rural or alternative delivery routes. Once your order has been collected, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please check your spam or junk folder if you cannot see it.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a parcel to be returned or redirected, any additional courier charge may need to be paid before the order is resent.

Depending on the courier service and the instructions attached to the address, a parcel may be left in a safe place. Due Mondi cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage after a parcel has been delivered according to the courier’s tracking record or the customer’s Authority to Leave instructions.

Rural and remote delivery

The rural rate and longer delivery timeframe apply when an address is classified as rural by the courier network. Some remote locations may require additional time or a delivery quote. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch.

Large or multiple-box orders

The listed rates apply to standard orders delivered to one address. Orders containing multiple Regional Dinner Boxes, unusually heavy products or delivery to multiple addresses may require an additional delivery or handling charge. We will contact you before dispatch if a different rate applies.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label and affected products, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please do not discard the packaging until we have completed our assessment.

If tracking shows no movement or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
