Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are provided by Due Mondi Limited (trading as Due Mondi, NZBN 9429053940834) and apply when you use the Due Mondi website or purchase from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and availability

We aim to describe products accurately, but packaging, ingredients, vintages, appearance and availability may change. Images are illustrative and colours can vary between screens. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer a suitable solution, substitution where agreed, or refund.

Food information and allergens

Always read the label and ingredient information supplied with the product before consumption. Products may be manufactured or packed in facilities that handle common allergens. Website descriptions are not medical or dietary advice. Contact us before ordering if you have questions, but customers remain responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their needs.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Delivery charges are added at checkout. We may correct genuine pricing or description errors before dispatch and will contact you if an order is affected. Payment must be authorised before an order is processed.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. Acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, an error has occurred, delivery is not reasonably possible or misuse is suspected. Any payment collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy. Timeframes are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address.

Returns

Returns, damaged goods and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.

Subscriptions

Subscription products will be subject to the price, frequency, renewal, pause and cancellation terms shown when subscriptions launch. No recurring plan is active until a customer expressly selects and purchases one at checkout.

Promotions and gift cards

Promotional offers are subject to their stated dates and conditions and cannot usually be combined. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Intellectual property

The Due Mondi name, branding, photography, written content and site design may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except as permitted by law.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Due Mondi is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, courier disruption or events outside our reasonable control. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version appears on this page and is governed by New Zealand law.
