Final product selection and pack sizes will be confirmed before this box becomes available to order. The recipe below serves 2–3; packs may provide ingredients for more than one meal.

Recipe: Trofie al pesto Genovese

1. For 2–3 people, cook 250–300g trofie in salted water according to the packet.
2. Place about half the pesto jar in a serving bowl and loosen with a little warm pasta water.
3. Drain the pasta and toss with the pesto off the heat, adding more cooking water as needed.
4. Serve immediately, with the crackers alongside. Refrigerate remaining pesto according to the jar instructions.

Extra ingredients to have at home (not included): Salt.
