Tarall’Oro began as a taralli bakery in Turi, Puglia, in 1982.
In the pleasant countryside of the south-east of Bari, precisely in Turi, the Pastificio Di Bari Tarall’Oro was born in 1982. Initially as a tarallificio, this activity was immediately set as the main objective of being able to meet the needs of consumers. In fact, after a few years, he decided to offer his customers new products, but preserving the quality of always starting a new line that this time provides for the production of artisan pasta that immediately finds a good feedback on the market.
The production takes place with the use of extra calibrated semolina obtained for extraction from the best durum wheat of the murge.
